The first inauguration of a U.S. President, President George Washington, occurred in New York City on April 30th. From that time until 1937, all inaugurations occurred in Washington D.C. on March 4th. Since that time the day of the inauguration of U.S. Presidents take place on January 20th at 12:00 noon, on the last day of the astrological sign of “Capricorn”(the goat). There is a spiritual-mystical-astrological reason for this date and time. Capricorn is the sign of the “goat”. The goat’s head is a symbol of Satan or Baphomet, which America(new Babylon/ Egypt/Greece/Rome) uses as one of its hidden symbols. The Lincoln Memorial commemorates the life of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States. It is located in Potomac Park, Washington, D.C. The Lincoln Memorial was designed by Henry Bacon; the style is that of a Greek Doric temple with 36 enormous columns. Inside the building is a huge statue of a sitting Lincoln. Over Lincoln’s head is the inscription: “IN THIS TEMPLE AS IN THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE FOR WHOM HE SAVED THE UNION THE MEMORY OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN IS ENSHRINED FOREVER.” “Also in the Memorial are two murals, and stone engravings of Lincoln’s second inaugural address and the Gettysburg Address. Help him remember his own oppression as a minority, drawing on that experience of discrimination, that he might seek to change the lives of those who are still its victims. Give him the strength to find family time and privacy, and help him remember that even though he is president, a father only gets one shot at his daughters’ childhoods.
