Tsunami & Biblical Prophecy
In the prophetic books of the bible and particularly in the II Esdras catastrophic events, such as the recent ‘tsunami’ in Asia, that would occur at the end of this age. For those who are spiritually alert, keeping the word of God (Yah), and watching for and noting the fulfillment of these prophecies, this writing will serve as another witness from one who is spiritually alert. For others, this may serve as wake up call to let you know that the earth and its inhabitants are undergoing a ‘polar-shift’ and a ‘cleansing’, preparing for the birth of the true ‘new world order called “The Kingdom of God”.
When Yashua (Jesus) the Christ was asked of his disciples, ‘What shall be the ‘signs’ (signal, evidence,proof,witness) of your ‘coming’ (parousia= presence,nearness,among us), He described many catastrophic events and conditions that would exist at the time His spiritual presence is made known. He stated that there would ‘wars’ (Ethnic wars) and rumors of wars…and ‘earthquakes’ in diverse (different) places…”These are the beginning of sorrows (birth pains, labor pains)…He said that ‘the days (time) would be ‘shortened’ (cut short, curtailed) for the ‘elects’ sake…He said, “As the days (times) of Noah were, so shall the ‘coming’ (presence) of the ‘Son of Man’ be. For as in the days of Noah were before the ‘flood’ (kataklusmos= inundation, to submerge, to dash over, to wash over with the water of the sea)…they(the people) were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And they knew not(were not aware) until the ‘flood’ came and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the ‘Son of Man’(Tson-a-mi) be…” – Matthew 24:3-39
In II Esdras 11th chapter in the Apocrypha, it states that ‘the Son of Man’(Tson-a-mi) would ‘come up out of the sea(ocean) with ‘waves’ to judge the earth and gather his elect together. In II Esdras 16th chapter it states “Woe unto you Babylon(America) and “ASIA”!…..Gird up yourselves with cloths of sack and hair, bewail your children, and be sorry; for your destruction is at hand…The mighty LORD sends the plagues(calamities) who can drive them away?…The earth ‘QUAKES’ and the ‘FOUNDATIONS’(lowest parts) thereof; the ‘SEA’(OCEAN) arises with ‘WAVES’ from the ‘DEEP’(OCEAN), and the ‘WAVES’ thereof are ‘troubled’(stirred up)…before the LORD and before the glory of His power….Behold, the plagues(calamities) are sent and they shall return again until they come upon the ‘earth’….The beginning of sorrows(birth pains) and great mournings; the beginning of famine and great death; the beginning of wars, and the powers(rulers) shall stand in great fear(terror)… Behold, famine,and plague, tribulation and anguish are sent, by God(Yah) for amendment(for people to amend their ways), but for all these things they(the people) shall not turn from their wickedness, nor be always mindful of the scourges…Hear now these things, and understand you servants of the LORD. Behold (look at) the WORD of the LORD, receive it…Behold, the plagues (calamities) draw nigh, and are not slack. As when a woman with child in the ninth(9th) month brings forth her “SON”(Tson), within two(2) or three(3) hours of her ‘birth’, ‘great pains’ compass her ‘womb’, which ‘pains’, when the child comes forth, they slack not a moment; even so shall not the plagues(calamities) be slack to come upon the earth, and the ‘world’(people of the earth) shall ‘mourn’, and ‘sorrows’(birth pains) shall come upon it(earth) on every side….in those evils(destructions) O my people, be even as pilgrims(strangers) upon the earth.” II Esdras 16:1-39
In the bible, God(Yah) states that, “with two or three witnesses, every word is established”. – Deuteronomy 19:15
Therefore, the recent earthquake and tsunami are the fulfillment of biblical prophecies. As stated in the above-mentioned prophecy, these events signal the ‘birth’ of a “son”. Nationally, this “son” is the righteous remnant of the “Nation of Israel”.
“Israel is my ‘son’, even my firstborn”, says Yah(God)”. Exodus 4:22
‘When Israel was a child, then I loved him says Yah, and called my ‘son’ out of ‘Egypt’(bondage).” Hosea 11:1
Many of the prophets made mention of this ‘birth’(rebirth/ *‘resurrection’) of Israel, the “Son” of God(Yah) in the last days.
[*note: The English word resurrection comes from two words; re=again + surge= rising up of the ‘waves’ of the ‘sea’]
Read:Isaiah 66:7/ Jeremiah 4:31/ Micah 4:9-10/ Revelations 12th chapter. To bear witness to the signs for the ‘rebirth’ of the righteous remnant of Israel, God(Yah) also gave a microcosmic witness in the miraculous birth of child during the tsunami. The testimony of the child’s mother’s words is almost exactly the same as the words spoken in the above-mentioned prophecy. Here are some exerts from the news article;
HEADLINE: TSUNAMI NIGHTMARE/ MIRACLE OF LIFE
“Meet the gutsy baby boy born named “Tsunami”, because he was born, against all odds- come three weeks prematurely in the jungle as his terrified mom ‘fled up a hill’ from the killer ‘tidal waves’ that ‘swept’ South “ASIA”…”My stomach hurts. I think the baby wants to come, she said….”I was in “great pain”…a “few hours later Tsunami was born”.
Yashua’s(Jesus’s) words also bear witness to this event when He warned; “When you see the abomination(detestable idolatry) desolation(to lay waste; the final effect caused by abominations) spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place,(whose reads, let him understand); Then let them which be in Judea, ‘flee to the mountains…And woe to them that are with ‘child’(pregnant) and give suck in those days! Pray that you flight(fleeing, escape) be not in winter, neither on the Sabbath day; For then shall there be ‘great tribulation(pressures), such as was not since the beginning of the ‘world’ to this same ‘time’,no, nor ever shall be. And except those days be ‘SHORTENED’(curtailed, made shorter), there should no flesh(human nature) be saved; but for the elect’s sake they shall be ‘shortened’.” Matthew 24:15-22
The exact words of Daniel the prophet, from which Yashua(Jesus) quoted read as follows;
‘The prince(ruler) that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end(completion, finishing) thereof(of the prophecy) shall be with a ‘FLOOD’(heb. ‘shetef’= to inundate; to gush; cleanse; overflowing rushing waters) and unto the end of the ‘war’(war on terrorism) desolations(devastations, waste) are determined…and he(the prince-world ruler) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week(7 yrs.)…and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it(the city & sanctuary) ‘desolate’, even to the ‘consummation’(kallah- finishing, completion of a process) and that all that is determined shall be ‘poured’(liquefy, pour out) upon the desolate.” Daniel 9:26-27
Therefore, the FLOOD-“Tsunami” is a sign that we have entered into the time of the Anti-Christ’s “New World Order” and also the Outpouring of God’s Spirit upon the ‘desolate’.
“Yet now hear O my servant Jacob and Israel whom I have chosen: Thus says the LORD that made you, that formed you from the ‘WOMB’, which will help you; “Fear not, O Jacob, my servant, and you Jesurun whom I have chosen. For I will ‘pour WATER’ upon him that is thirsty, and ‘FLOODS’ upon the dry ground; I will pour my “SPIRIT” upon your seed(children) and my blessings upon your offspring.” Isaiah 44:1-3
Yashua(Jesus) again described His coming(presence) in these words;
“And there shall be ‘signs’ in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars, and upon the earth ‘distress’(narrow conditions causing nervousness) of nations with ‘perplexity’(having no way out)SEA AND THE WAVES(rolling waves swelling out of the sea) ROARING”; men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming(occurring) on the earth.” Luke 21:22
Prophet Amos prophesied of these great ‘waves’ of the oceans being poured upon the ‘earth’.
“Seek you the LORD and you shall live….He who calls for the “WATERS” OF THE SEA POURS THEM UPON THE FACE OF THE EARTH; THE LORD IS HIS NAME.” Amos 5:8
The prophet Isaiah prophesied concerning the ‘polar shift’(shifting of the earth’s electro-magnetic poles) which, through GOD’S(Yah’s) Spirit
Caused the ‘earthquake’ and “Tsunami”.
“BEHOLD(LOOK, DISCERN), The LORD makes the earth empty(depopulates it) and makes it waste(desolate, barren, devastated) and ‘TURNS IT UPSIDE DOWN’(reverses its poles) and scatters abroad the inhabitants thereof….the earth mourns and fades away…the earth is defiled under the inhabitants thereof because they have transgressed the ‘LAWS”(of GOD), changed(altered) the ordinance(customs) and ‘broken’ the ‘everlasting covenant’. Therefore has the ‘curse’(divine punishment) devoured the earth, And they that dwell therein are desolate…for the ‘windows’ form on high are opened, and all the ‘foundations’(lowest parts) of the earth do ‘SHAKE’ (earthquake)…The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is ‘MOVED’(shifted) exceedingly. The earth shall ‘reel’(wobble) to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed(shift) like a cottage; because the ‘transgression’(sin) is heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.” Isaiah 24th chapter
The Hebrew phonetic equivalent of the Japanese word “tsunami”, which means ‘wave of the sea’, is ‘tsunami’ which means ‘to blast, shrink or wither away; to be hard like a rock; to make barren, used of ‘ears of corn’ in Genesis 41:23.
After the earthquake and tsunami on December 26,2004, Scientific information confirmed the fulfillment of these prophecies. One headline read; “TSUNAMI WAS A MILLION YEARS IN THE MAKING; EARTHQUAKES LIKE SUMATRA’S ARE STILL REARRANGING THE EARTH’S MAP AFTER PANGEA BROKE UP” “Sumatra’s catastrophic Dec. 26, 2004 earthquake flattened cities and ‘SHIFTED’ landscapes in seconds with the force of a million atomic bombs.”
Scientist also reported that the earth ‘wobbled’ and ‘TIME’ was permanently affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami and was ‘shortened’ by a ‘second’.
Just as Yashua stated; “The days(time) will be ‘SHORTENED’ for the elects sake.”- Matthew 24:22
In conclusion; these cataclysmic events are the will of Yah(God) sending His Spirit to cleanse the earth and give birth to a righteous remnant of his people Israel will be instrumental in re-establishing His righteous law in the earth beginning in AFRICA, the birthplace of man.
In fact, according to scientist and scholars, West Africa is free from the earthquake- Ring of Fire zone, and can be considered as the safest place on earth within the coming decade. Scientist also predict that through the polar shift and global warming, the east and west coast will eventually be under water. So as Yashua stated; ‘When you see these things, flee to the mountains”…Flee to the mountains of West Africa.
